I work with people in midlife, typically over 30, who are asking "second-half-of-life" questions and seeking to feel comfortable in their own skin. My approach is based on the concept of individuation, where the focus shifts from the outward achievements of career and family to an inward journey of finding deeper meaning and wholeness. My job is to help people navigate this process by creating a safe space to reflect on and improve their wellbeing across several dimensions. And, in case you're wondering, I got my training in wellness coaching from the Mayo Clinic.
This is where we get to the heart of things, just you and me. Think of it as a dedicated space to unpack what’s really going on. We won’t rush to a fix; we’ll move with intention, confronting what needs to be faced so you can find your way back to a life that truly feels like your own. We can do that via video-call or in-person.
The Day Retreat is an invitation for you to step out of your regular routine, offering a dedicated space for quiet reflection, reconnection with your body, and a one-on-one session with me. It’s a chance to stop, find some clarity, and prevent burnout before it starts. The package includes a room for 24 hours, food, and our session together. The retreat takes place in South Surrey, BC, at the A Rocha Conservation Centre.
I believe that wellness should not be offered as a luxury. My work is designed to be a safe, supportive space for people from all walks of life, and I never want cost to be a barrier to you getting the support you need.
