Meet Your Guide

I’m Gustavo, a Mayo Clinic–trained Wellness Coach, former Deloitte consultant, former Ph.D. candidate, and a recovering insecure overachiever.

For over a decade, I’ve studied the impact of work on well-being. I rebuilt my own life; now I help high-capacity humans do the same.

My mission is to free everyday people from performative wellness culture. Expect straight questions, humane pacing, and accountability that feels like partnership, not policing.

Join a small group of 6–12 people for 8 weeks of 60-minute weekly Zoom sessions. We build community and growth through guided exercises and real support without competition or pressure.

Six sessions over three months. Bi-weekly deep dives and check-ins to build a personalized wellness plan that fits your real life. Unlimited email and text support included.
